Right on , Anders, have replaced many on 9-3 and 9-5 (06-09). Earlier cars had solid fingers and no problem. Trust GM to "fix" a non-problem with these thin 'fingers' that break off. The 9-3 is OK to do, the 9-5 is a bear to get the fill pipe lined up when refitting the tank esp. annoying when up to 05 the pump was easy to get to under the rear seat but the sensor didn't go bad then.
