With that low miles, nothing should have started to break down yet so if you get all the filters and fluids changed right away and then keep it up, it would probably be a great car.

I've said it be before. My wife's 07 9-3 now with 166K miles that we picked up with 28K miles have had very few problems and no sudden break downs.
Gas pedal, fuel pump due to fuel level sensor, cooling fans and radiator are the few things on top of regular service, batteries, brakes and belt and tensioner a couple of times.

All depends on the price. I think my old boss have an 11 9-3 for sale for some 10K with maybe 50K miles.
