Can you check the fuel trim values with the OBDII reader? Maybe the mixture is running rich due to a MAF that hasn't quite gone "bad" enough to throw a code. There could also be an air leak between the turbo and throttle body.
I've been dealing with a P0420 code for a while now that I haven't been able to solve and have been watching this thread to see if could pick up some tips, but no responses yet. I have a new OEM cat and bosch o2 sensors. My mileage has dropped from ~22 to 19.
