On US spec cars, TSL is not an option.
As what I can see, the right/rear door lock module should be P/N 12759697 for that car.
There is a chance that the system is not delivering enough power to lock motor and that the problem might be in the door switch module or elsewhere.
Tough problem to find and correct if that's the case since you would need a Tech 2 and security access to mate a new module to car.
You would need a wiring diagram and figure which wires are doing what on the connector and test for proper voltage to operate the lock function.
Sure, it is a slight chance that the used module have the exact same problem since they do go bad in that manner. That's the drawback of using used parts since you can never be sure.
