Hello,
As far as the coils I would not worry about them on the 2.0. They do fail but usually it is either a check engine code with no noticeable effects or a misfire under high load which disappears after you back off the gas. Also they usually last for quite a while. That being said if you really want to you should be good for another 100k atleast. But only get oem/mistibushi coils.
As far as other services that should be done I would recommend brake fluid, coolant and transmission fluid.
Then we get to the valves. It is not a burning problem so changing out those components should not help. The problem was that somehow a batch of soft valves were used on many of the mid 07 and up cars. So the valves actually got worn and thin leading to them not sealing when cold. After a minute or 2 they usually seal when the problem begins. I have seen it happen anytime between 45k and 175k on these cars. Good Luck, Bernie
