2003 9-3 ESP and manual seat questions

I have a 2003 9-3 Linear and the manual seat seems to lower itself over time. The dealer said I may be pressing down the lever on the side of the seat as I exit but it seems to go down to the point that it takes several pumps every few days.
Also going around a lefthand curve on a country paved road in PA that is crowned in the middle the ESP system senses a problem and applies the left brake on some wet days. Anyone else have this problem.
Otherwise I love the car.
