In my experience, my 03 Linear customers reported losing the fire once and the problem never coming back. Haven't had any reports of this in 04's.
I'm curious to try the reset thing. That's one of the benefits of electronic keys, they know when the car is running and allow the starter to be engaged with out re-cocking the key.
Any cold car is susceptable to stalling. A 3 day old one, well I can't imagine that you've been through "1 out of 10 mornings" cycle yet. You definitely have the right reason to be hyper-sensitive to this problem thogth.
