Like others have said, any aftermarket stereo wil work, but you do not have to cut the wiring harness if you use the kit from Taliaferro Saab. Personally, I don't think any radio looks better in the dashboard than the stock one, but a close second would be the Harmon-Kardon TrafficPro (the radio I have) or the Nakamichi CD-400. The TrafficPro has speed-dependent volume like the stock one does, and a very cool navigation system, but it's a little expensive and hard to install. Nakamichi makes some of the best car stereos in the world, and it can have its lighting set to match the interior perfectly (green buttons and orange display), and you can get it for less than $300 on eBay. Both have auxiliary inputs if you ever wanted to add something like an iPod.
