Zym Paste Wax. I'm sort of like Coky, down to about 15 different bottles/tubes related to paint care. (I keep giving my fam the stuff that's OK, but that I do not plan on using again - free to them!!)
I have become a Zaino Bro's "Zen Master"! The first application takes almost a full weekend, because of the time in between applications. After that, I now add 1 coat to the top surfaces every three months. I plan to Dawn Detergent clean and start from scratch yearly. We use the Ultimate Spray after each washing. I tried the half hood test after one washing, and only applied the spray to one side. Within a week I could see the side without the spray was much dustier. For the amount of effort, Zaino provides a great shine. I notice that our 9-5's dark grey and Accord's deep maroon/red colors really come alive with the Zaino's. Our gold Volvo also looks great, but not quite as dramatic. Zaino's seems to hold up for along time, at least so far. We are into month eleven on our 9-5 Zaino wax...
Zaino's is expensive to get started with, but cars are expensive, so about $100 for two years supply (for three cars) - is not too big of an investment.
Good luck on whatever you choose, let us know if you find the "perfect wax"!!
