It appears that the only company that manufactures a bra for the 9-5 is LeBra. Saddleman.com sells them. (The LeBra is not as good, in my opinion as the ones made by Colgan, but Colgan does not make one for the 9-5 or the 9-3.) I have the LeBra for our 9-5 and it works fine. (I also have a Colgan bra for my Audi A4, and as I stated, in my opinion the Colgan is better quality.....better felt protection, better connectors, etc. Heavier material.)
As for the bra being a pain in the neck....yes, it can be....but once you have installed it a few times, it becomes pretty simple. Remember though, you want to remove it if it gets wet. Constant water on the paint is not the greatest thing for the paint, and the bra needs to dry out too. Sometimes in the rain, road sand can get under the bra by the wheel well connectors. Also, if you leave the bra in place all the time, the paint on the rest of the car will "fade" at a different rate than behind the bra.
Overall though, I use the bra on any trips with both cars to protect the front of the car from chips and stuff, and would recommend a bra with the aforementioned caveats. Hope this info helps you.
