I have done the install on two different 2000 9-5's. It is fairly easy to do. You will need a wiring harness from Saab (~15 bucks) and a Car kit. Nokia Cark-91H works well with Nokia phones (From $100 to $150 depending on where you get it from) You will also need an antenna. (About 30 bucks. I advise the Panorama TAP-3f available from http://www.antennaworld.com/eshop/Default.ASP?WCI=ItemDetails&WCE=CLPC-851901G)
Form there the process is straightforward. I advise you to search the archives as I have explained it many times. If you still have trouble post back.
Assuming that you do not have Onstar, you will not need a triad. Jim Uhl's website will have some install pics soon though so you might want to check it out periodically.
