Be careful. I don't know exactly what the differences in diameter are between the Aero bars and the stock ones, but changing only the rear will alter the balance of the car. The 9-5 seems to be a reasonably balanced car from what I've seen in the four months or so I've had mine (99 lpt) - altering the handling bias f-r is probably not something you really want to do unless you are driving 10-10ths and like making adjustments to get every last bit of stick out of the car by dialing out the inevitable understeer.
Having a stiffer rear bar will usually result in a bias toward oversteer, that is the rear breaking loose more readily. Unless you are well practiced in handling a FWD car in an oversteer condition, I would either do both bars or neither.
