I bought a WIS for the 9-5 on ebay, install went OK but when I start the program it comes up with a prompt for username. The only option allowed is "default," which I choose, but then it says "WIS could not find" and closes. It appears the program is open behind this screen. Has anyone run into this or have any advice? Thanks!
