Another Possible Aftermarket Aero Rotor

I noticed in the Pepboys computer they list a 12.1” rotor, but no price and the parts guy thought they could not get it. Looks like EBC makes a solid (D1070) and sport (GD1070) [drilled and slotted] rotor for the Aero. Ian, or others who have sport rotors one non-Aeros, have you found these any improvement over stock in normal driving? Rotors are listed under the VAUXHALL-OPEL/Astra Coupe//2.0 Turbo (2000-) [see link]. It looks like this part number either has to be bought from the UK or from a distributor that happens to specially import this such as perfectbrakes.com or brakesrus.com (run by the US distributor for EBC). Cost is almost that of Saab rotors and finding them is certainly more work.
Same part numbers listed for the Aero fronts (others for the rear) at

Unless the Raybestos rotors end up being significantly cheaper, the bottom line is expensive rotors. I recall paying about $115 for a pair of generic rotors for a Chevy. Considering the immensely better stopping power of the Saab, I guess a little more is reasonable. Crazy thing is the fact that the Chevy rotors last through 2-3 sets of pads and the Saab rotors are toast after one pad set.
Would switching to EBC greens give me any better mileage on the pad/rotor set?
