I thought that heated seats became a "regionalized" feature back in 1999, or 2000... Somebody may be able to further clarify this....
For example,SAAB drivers in Houston TX might not want heated seats, but couldn't live without the ventilated seats....
I've seen "southern" cars on the SAAB lots up here in Michigan bought off lease return auctions...
