What is the problem? Do you suspect leakage or what?
If the seals are not seated, there will be external fuel leakage, which is simple to spot by just smelling the odor of the gas. The system pressure will also bleed down too rapidly, causing longer cranking times before the engine will start. I'm not sure where Saab puts their test port, but injected engines can be tested for system integrity using an inexpensive ($40 USD) fuel pressure test gage that you can get at your local auto parts store.
Maybe you need to give us a better description of your concerns.
