I usually cruise around 75-80mph. I've never got below 25mpg in any circumstance. I keep my tires at 40psi to protect my BBS rims. 2000 Aero SW 5-speed. I drove an outback legacy from Denver to Salt Lake City with my coworker, It was an LLBean with the 3.0 H-6, It was so gutless it wouldn't even maintain 85mph in overdrive during heavy crosswinds and the hills in Wyoming. It kept downshifting, it got 14 mpg for the trip, plus the seats were uncomfortable. Since then we always take the Saab.
