Search this BB for "speaker grill" and someone said "they pop off with a flat blade".
I am replying because I have the opposite problem. My right dashboard speaker grill never stays in place. (bought the 9-5 Arc in March).
The same problem is reported by other 9-5 owners.

My dealership found another of their cars on the lot with the same problem. Today (2005.6.10) they report: "I found one of my cars in stock with the same problem and we've been working with it to solve the problem of the grill. What we've found so far is that when they made the holes for the grill to snap into, there's some extra plastic on the back side around the hole and when we've scraped that away and worked with the clips, I think we've solved the problem. It's been a couple days and the grill is staying in place. I will watch it and if it stays put thru Tuesday, I think we've found what we should try with yours."
