Can full and semi-synth oil be mixed mid-oil change?

I took my '00 Aero in for a 60k service at a very reputable independent and they put in Saab semi-synthetic oil. I change my oil every 5k mi. and use full-synth Mobil 1--and that's all I have on hand. I have needed to on occasion add a little oil at about the 2k-3k mark to get me to the 5k mark--and if there's no problem with it I'll use the full-synth Mobil 1 I have on hand to do so. Unless this is bad, in which case I'll have to make a special trip to the dealer to get a quart of Saab semi-synthetic to top off.
Advice appreciated.
