The main factor with whether or not a dentless repair will work is the condition of the paint. If there are no cracks or scratches it should work fine, at a MUCH cheaper cost than a conventional body shop repair. There has to be access from the back side for the dentless way to work.
I suggest you contact the Saab dealer, or perhaps a Porsche, Jag, or Mercedes dealer, and see who they use for dent repairs.
