no charge saab scheduled maintainance

just completed my 30 day check up ; the dealership pointed out a dent on my passenger side door :-(...I can't believe it, because I've been so careful with my baby, but I digress..
My question: are the 5k, 15k, and 25k mile services included in the 'no charge scheduled maintainance'? When I bought the car a month ago (2001 9-5 Wagon 2.3lpt), the sales guy told me that it wasn't. Today, the service guy tells me it is.
I went to VOB Saab in MD. Service was almost decent - at the end of it, they washed my car and wheels and it looks like new again. Although, they made a big deal when I requested some programming changes - the quintessential door locks when driving away, etc - they made a big face and warned it would take longer - and perhaps I should get it done during my next scheduled visit. They didn't ask me how the car was or any problems I had so far with it. I also requested something be done about the doors - it requires a bit of an effort to close properly - comparably, even a slight effort on a nissan sentra (which happened to be in the vicinity) did the job. the service guy pointed out that it was because the nissan's doors were 'lighter'. Also, although I'd made an appointment, they apparently didn't have any record of it - all in all very disappointing. I'm going to give them very low marks in my customer satisfaction survey.
But, I still like my Saab.
