1. They will continue. No changes planned for October, aside from lease factor fluctuations, etc.

2. Lease: Add the total of all payments to the residual amount (plus any estimated interest paid on the residual if you were to finance the residual at lease end).
Purchase: Weigh the total of the lease against the amount you would pay over 60 months if you were to purchase the vehicle and finance now. If you are purchasing and using conventional financing now, it would be wise to figure in the cost of purchasing Gap Insurance (just in case something were to happen to the car in the first couple of years of ownership).
Gap Insurance is provided by Saab Financial on all leases, therefore, this will not be a concern if you lease.
