Keep the S4, unless you really need a larger car. While I like the 9-5 and would choose one over, say, an A6, the S4 is a very nice car. It's a bit small for my tastes, but it's nice. I think the performance will be a bit better in the S4. The S4 wieghs 3700 pounds while the Aero is about 230 pounds lighter. Power is about the same, although people say that the S4, because it's bi-turbo, spools up faster than the 2.3t of Saab. I'm not sure about that, because I have a Viggen and don't really note any type of turbo lag unless the car is beneath 2000 rpm. However, the S4's quattro system is a real benefit, particularly in the rain and snow. Even dry, it's a benefit although the weight surplusage is a definite penalty (the Viggen is almost 600 pounds lighter than the S4!). Plus, you'll really have a unique car since Audi won't be making another S4 for a while (although, in my opinion, the S4 looks very similar to the A4).
It's a hard call. If you need more space, then go for the Aero. If you just don't like the seats, I'd buy new seats.
