At 60k and again at 120K. Site sponsors sell a kit of parts to do it yourself and I believe the cost is less than $150 for the kit. The perceived high Dealer cost is caused by labor. It will take a D-I-Y-er most of a day (and maybe two) to do this work.
I have replaced the serpentine belt twice and the pulleys once. The upper pulley (the one most likely to fail) is very easy to replace after the belt is removed, the tensioner pulley is slightly difficult. The lower/middle idler pulley is a true challenge!
