I'm not sure what the problem is....usually you just tell the retailer that you want a set of wheels for your 9-5 and they do the rest in terms of sizing, bolt pattern and offset, unless you are going to some oddball combination of wheels and tires.
IMHO the 255s are _wayyyy_ too wide for snow country with a 3500 pound car. (Was that size a typo?) And they are way too tall. I doubt they would even fit in your wheel wells. You would do much better to sell those used 255s and get a set of 16 inch wheels and narrower tires. I think the recommended size is 205/55... The wide tires float over the crap on the road rather than digging in and finding traction. You can buy the Saab 16 inch Snowflake alloys with mounted snow tires for around $900 USD - that is an excellent value. Tire Rack and others offer steel snow packages for around $500.
How many miles on the Blizzacks? They are considered worn out at half tread since the dual compound tread has worn off by then, and all you have left is regular All Season squishy tires. For that Aero a set of real performance winter tires would be best. I really like the Eagle UltraGrip GW H-rated winter tires - excellent dry and wet grip, almost as good as Blizzacks in the snow. And they don't crap out when the tread is half gone.
