While sitting here at my local Saab dealer who is doing an inspection of our '01 9-5 Aero to see if it qualifies for their Saab-supported aftermarket warranty, I saw your post. The prices seem OK. As ever they depend on what they are willing to do about what you may find during your pre-purchase inspection (at an independent Saab shop!) and how nice a car it really is. Make sure you get a Saab Iris sheet and a complete service history. Have a look at the NADA and Kelley Blue Book websites to get a better notion of what you should be looking to spend. Keep in mind that the auto trans is considered more reliable than the manual on the post-9000 cars. I can't speak to any upgrades on the '02 cars, but I think your information is correct.
