Yet more recall questions...

Hi All,
I have a couple of questions about the recalled DIC/IDM's that maybe someone knows the answers to. The DIC in my '00 Aero fried back in May and I bought a replacement from the local dealer and replaced it myself. The catalytic converter went bad soon after but I had that replaced under the emissions warantee. So my questions are: If the replacement part they sold me was one of the defective models, do you think they'll give me a new one AND refund the money I paid for the defective part or will they just do the replacement? Next, if I were to sell my car before Saab contacts me to address the recall, would they still be obliged to refund the money I spent on the replacement part? My thoughts are that Saab should refund me for the costs I incurred due to the recalled part while I owned the car and replace the DIC with the newer design for whoever owns the car at that point. Any thoughts?
