I should clarify, I'm 211 miles over their fairly generous (by my book) 2,000 mile cushion to allow for late oil changes. I can prove oil changes every 10,000 miles except the final one before I bought it, which looks to have taken place 12,211 miles after the previous one I can prove.

That said,its certainly a technicality. it's not like that extra 211 miles makes the fact that this engine got regular service and still died go away. The bottom line is that if Saab would see their way to taking care of this, they'd make a loyal customer out of me. If they don't, even though I really like my car, it's going to be very hard for me to feel good about purchasing another one new or used.
