ok, the flap in the drum should move pretty easily. It is hard to get your fingers in there to move it. The white stop slides onto the broken yellow piece that you would be hollding in your hand. It can only slide on one way as it has 2 locating ribs on it. I would try and make the pcv piece, make it extra long so you can slide it on the inner broken shaft and try and rotate the drum. If that drum doesnt move you have a bigger problem.
