My recommendations are simple:
1) Retorque the head bolts on the engine using new bolts. This will eliminate the chance of a possible head gasket leak, and allow you to see if there is oil sludge in your engine.
2) Replace the sepentine belt and pulleys. The upper idler pulley is the weakest link but with no service history I would replace all of them.
3) Replace the engine oil with a 5W/40 weight quality synthetic oil and a quality filter.
4) Perform the full 60,000 mile major service interval list of items.
Congratulations on your purchase! There is no reason to be nervous about the accumulated miles, I plan on my car lasting 300,000 miles or more.
