Well...I am fairly certain your warranty would not be voided by going to a quick lube joint. However, if you are planning on owning this car for the long term I would think it would be a good idea to take it to a local mechanic that works on Saabs (assuming one exists in your area).
A competent mechanic will check the car over at every oil change (or at a minimum perform the maintenance services associated with the 10K intervals) and just generally address issues (if any) as they come up. This obviously won't happen at the quick lube shop. With 38K miles you shouldn't expect to have too many issues though I would be "taking notes" between now and the expiration of yoru warranty.
I own a '99 SE V-6 in New England. 10/30 semisyn during the Oct-March timeframe and a blend of 10/30 and 15/50 for the warm weather.
