The front spoiler comes off with 6-8 screws. I think 1/2 are Torx and 1/2 are 8mm hex. As I remember it takes 15-20 minutes and you don't have to jack the car up. A lot easier than getting it repainted.
Another thought is to run the car up on 2x lumber before the dolly. This will raise the car a bit before the spoiler is at the dolly. A couple of 2' lenghts of 2x6 or 2x8 should do the trick.
