determines the Saab dealer's rating. Every year Saab ranks the dealers using their CSI (customer satisfaction index) average. I believe that one can request a copy of the year end CSI results from SCUSA. I would think that you must be an owner, or prospective customer.

Don't let one year of reports be a determining factor in any judgements made. For instance, we took top honors in 1997 for having the highest CSI rating in the country, but fell to around 93 percentile last year (which ranked us way back in the pack). The dealerships that consistantly score in the 90's are the one's to look at.

You should be able to obtain the results from SCUSA, but this year's wont be published until after the first of the year. Although, you should currently be able to obtain last year's results .
