2001 95SE V6, 129000km (80,000 miles)
I know my idler/tensioner was not changed with the belt (previous owner). However are there any success stories of going 120,000 miles w/o changing the idler/tensioner?
I know it's good idea, and I think for my own sanity I'll change the assembly, however are the horror stories the exception or the rule?
Also, does it depend on driving style? about 60,000 of the logged miles are all highway.. does that matter?
Thanks!
