Draw-Tite Hitch - level?

Just installed the Draw-Tite hitch. Man, feeding that bolt thru the frame above the muffler was a... well it was hard. And a tip... wear safety goggles! Question, the instructions show to place two spacers on the right rear mount, but none on the single left mount or the front right one. Now that it's installed, it almost looks not level to me... like maybe it would have been better using one spacer on each of the right mounts. Anyone have comments on this? Also, the two bolts that screw into the trunk pan seemed like they stripped when I reinstalled them. I assume that's not a big deal as I don't believe they bear any weight? Thanks.
