Like everyone has stated, there is nothing wrong with the V70's. Their reliability was actually below average on them if I recall but not a bad car.
BUT, saab has some 0% financing on their leftover 2001's & you can get u pyo $9,000 off the price of a new 9-5 (aero wagon I beleive). It's still $32,000 or so but one hell-of-a deal if you have the $$$$. Also consider 6-7% interest for a used car you can spend another $5-10K on a new car with 0% interest with the same or very similar payments :o)
I am not sure if ford/volvo is doing the 0% but I beleive GM/saab is untill the end of the month :o)
