I quickly found front mudflaps for 2002 wagons at the elkparts web site. The part number is 400107967, and apparently fit all years (1998 thru 2005) as well as both the Sedan and Wagon (4dr and 5dr, or Salon and Estate) in UK speak.

These will not fit Aero models!

I have had front and rear mudflaps installed on my 2000 9-5 since nearly new. The fronts have done such a great job of stopping road debris, mud, and winter slop from striking the body that the outside edge of the flaps is wearing away to a sharp edge. I have been so happy with SAAB's accessory mudflaps that the first modification made to my wife's 9-3SC was installation of SAAB mudflaps, front and rear.
