All depending on the shop pricing where you are but it comes up to about $700.00 at my shop.
As a first approach if not done already, and with that mileage maybe futile, is to replace the cylinder head bolts and retorque the head gasket.
Since the head bolts were bad from factory and not torqued to specs, we have been able to prolong the life of head gaskets by changing out the bolts and torque the gasket.
