Being a 2002, how many months do you have left on the CPO warranty? I had similar issues with my 9-5 Arc Sedan I bought last February. Was supposed to be all Dealer checked as CPO checklist is pretty strict. Had it a day and blue clouds of smoke coming out of the tailpipe! They had to replace the turbocharger. Had other smaller issues too but everything got resolved. You are lucky to find one with super low miles. Mine had 45K miles when I bought it. The warranty service has been amazing. They strive to make me happy. Your vehicle shouldn't have been delivered with issues you have discovered. I would have thought the CPO certification would have caught the issues before your purchase. I think some Dealers just pay the CPO registration costs and don't go through the motions.
