The suspension is a bit lower than the standard 9-5, but the car also has an additional nose spoiler that is vulnerable to scraping and ice damage. I haven't driven my Aero in snow yet, but I put on a set of 16 inch Hakkas just in case I had to use it. My old Cherokee is for the sloppy stuff.
I would recommend that you don't use the car in snow if you get a bunch of deep snowfalls. If it snows just ocasionally, and only a few inches, it should do fine, but be prepared for spoiler damage.
