What is part (thin disc) behind rotor called?

The part just to the inside of the rotor (lloks like a thin disc, maybe a rotor dust guard?) is loose and rattles when bumps are hit. Is there a way to tighten this up. It must have gotten loose after they worked on my wheel bearings
