Where to buy Gislaved Nordfrost II? (Twin Cities)

I'm looking for some good and relatively cheap snow tires for my '99 9-5 V-6. I just moved in from Colorado, where I was running with 4 studded Gislaveds - talk about traction in the slippery stuff. Wow! Anyway, the old tires had less than a season left and they would need to be unstudded (I'm not sure if that is even possible), so I ended up giving them to a friend.
Which brings me to my question. Does anyone have a good source in the Twin Cities other than the dealers for Gislaveds? The dealer is trying to pitch the 4 alloy mounted snows for $900, but that is much more than I can spend. I was hoping to keep it under $100 / tire. Last time, I got them from Discount Tire Co for $75 / tire (215/55/R16). Not sure if this was a special or if they are always that cheap.
Also, what is everyone's take on getting the 15" rims for the snows? I know the tires are cheaper and the tire rotation/swap is easy, but damn they're ugly unless you spend a bundle...
Thanks for the help!
