Yes, the 3.5 Nissan looks good on paper, but the actual power increase is not as much as the numbers suggest. Even Nissan admitted that some of the figures they quoted in their preliminary specifications (read: hype) were only "engineering objectives". Emission and/or fuel economy laws probably forced some restraint here. The road tests of the new 3.5 Nissans have reported an increase in torque steer, however!
