2002 9-5 Arc Test Drive; V6 question

New to Saabs here (own MB & Honda) went to an auto show to look at Volvos for inclement weather use, and came away wanting to drive Saabs after sitting in a 9-5. My first time in a Saab. Wow.
Tested a 2002 9-5 Arc 3.0t today and I am duly impressed. What a nice package. Will try the Aero later this week to compare. But I have a question in the meantime regarding the V6 in the Arc.
I found this engine to be well matched to the new 5sp Auto, and a fine highway engine in terms of power and refinement. However, at IDLE, it felt pretty "buzzy", sending a palpable tingle through the cabin and resonating with more noise than expected from a $40k luxury car, especially for a V6 (we're not talking huge noise or shuddering or horribly abnormal here. Just not as refined as other V6 motors). I verified this buzzy sound and feeling by putting it into neutral, turning off the A/C. I expected it to be smooth and quiet, I have two cars with V6 engines now, and this Saab motor was much raucous at idle than either a Honda or the MB V6. Very surprising to me.
I expect to be in stop/go traffic, and this idle intruded on the otherwise superb cabin at every light.
I don't think this will be a show-stopping issue, but I'd like some perspective.
Questions:
- Is a trembly buzzy idle a characteristic of this 3.0t V6?
- Will it smooth out and mellow after break-in?
- Do the 2.3l Aero and base turbos idle this way?
