Found it. Removed the engine cover and found it on the right hand side. A real pain to get too. Luckily had a 3/4" sparkplug socket that worked perfectly. Using a universal joint and a 2" extention for my 1/2" driver, combined with a lot of patience, I was able to get the old coolant sending unit off and the new one on.
BTW - I replaced the coolant sending unit becuase my temp guage kept dropping to extreme cold. After I was done driving, I would turn the key off and back on and the temp guage would start working again. I suspected the sending unit and the dealership verified after reading the code. $29 part vs. $160 for the dealership to install.
