Sounds to me like you have a lot of moisture inside the car somewhere. I'd check you spare tire area and see if there's a puddle there. If you're driving with the ACC set to AUTO or on defrost, then the compressor should come on and dehumidify the air while driving. If the humidity comes back when you park, then you must have water somewhere inside.
