From what I have discovered so far the rear sub speakers are the hardest ones to replace. They don't make another speaker in that size for sub bass. And if you try to replace those 6x9's with the Infinity's I don't think they will sound good. The kappa's need alot more power to push out the bass than the factory HK's do. You will actually run a chance of blowing the infinity's from not having enough juice going to them. This is the problem that i'm having myself as I would like to get a little more kick into my system, but i'm locked and bound as long as I stick with the factory amp. With the other speakers it is hard to find a good match with the amp because of the funky ohm levels the amp emits. It is almost like Saab didn't want anyone screwing with anything :). If I get up the dough i'm going to replace the head unit with a 7inch fixed monitor and swich out all of the factory speakers with infinity or rockford. But I have no idea when this could happen since even the cheapest route of doing this would run probably over $1,500 bucks for a new head unit, good amp, and component speakers through out the car. I have just about given up. ......There are two feasible ways I would proceed if I was in your position. You could spend the money on the speaker from the salvage yard, or you could spend about 150 bucks for an amplified bazoka tube or infinity basslink. Either of those would be very easy and would really be an improvement over the factory stereo. Phew, guess that is my 10c instead of 2.... Hope that gave you some ideas on what to do.
