End of Lease Brake Question

Lease is ending on my 05 9-5 Arc Wagon and I am planning to turn it in and get into something new (Lexus hybrid SUV?). Does anyone know the lease policy on brakes. My wife is pretty tough on the brakes - previous 02 inear Sedan needed new brakes/rotors at 25K miles. The wagon has 22k miles on it right now, so I wouldn't be surprised if it needed new brakes soon as well. If Saab is a stickler about brakes, I'll take it to the local indie for new brakes prior to turning it in. Otherwise, I'll just turn it in an hope for the best. Is there a certain amount of brake pad that needs to be remaining when I return the car?
