It has been answered here before.
It might be that the mat that the belt is cut from was not completely straight in its webbing. That will make the belt wander back and forth between the mechanical stops that the sidewalls of pulleys create.
When the belt touches the sidewall it creates a squeak.
It's difficult to say if it will play any roll as far as being a risk for breakage.
It all depends on how much the belt wanders back and forth.
Since it gets quite when warm, I don't think it is any risk with it.
But you probably should check with the shop that installed it since they might want to take a look at it since I bet they don't want the belt to break prematurely before the next 60K miles scheduled replacement.
