Please help as I am having many issues with my car.

1999 9-5 4 cyl. with 68000 miles.

1. The #17 fuse blew out while driving down on the freeway and the car stalled. Please tell me why this happened. Is there something I should look at other than just replace the fuse and forget about it???
2. The gas pump shuts off as if the gas tank is full but it is not. I know there is some thing wrong with the car as I read about this before but cannot find the post anymore. Can anyone detail the issue and tell if it is a DIY fix or not???

3. There seems to be a lot of oil leakage on the passenger side of the car. The source seems to be around the pulley/drivebelt area but I cannot locate the exact place. Is there a common area or issue that I can look at???

4. Plastic/rubber burning smell and little smoke from the engine, I cannot locate the source.
There is some oil leakage from the Valve Cover, but I am replacing the gasket this weekend, and the smell is definitely not that of burning oil on the engine block.

Thanks for your input. I really like my 9-5 but the issues are making it a hard sell to wify.
